More like current Phoenix area homeowners lining up at the bank to give their keys back! So Phoenix prices have dropped to 2002 levels in 2 years. Exciting? That depends on if the wind is behind the sails of the Phoenix real estate market. But, what if the current trend continues? Is it possible that in 2 more years Phoenix could see 1996 prices? Everyone is welcome to have their own opinion, but I am not going to be setting up a hibachi anywhere in the Phoenix area in the next couple decades. Lining up for houses? More like current Phoenix area homeowners lining up at the bank to give their keys back!

So Phoenix prices have dropped to 2002 levels in 2 years. Exciting? That depends on if the wind is behind the sails of the Phoenix real estate market.

But, what if the current trend continues? Is it possible that in 2 more years Phoenix could see 1996 prices?

Everyone is welcome to have their own opinion, but I am not going to be setting up a hibachi anywhere in the Phoenix area in the next couple decades.
