So Phoenix prices have dropped to 2002 levels in 2 years.  Exciting?  That depends on if the wind is behind the sails of the Phoenix real estate market.

But, what if the current trend continues? Is it possible that in 2 more years Phoenix could see 1996 prices?

Everyone is welcome to have their own opinion, but I am not going to be setting up a hibachi anywhere in the Phoenix area in the next couple decades.</description>
