I think Trulia Voices is a great tool for agents and consumers- I learn a lot from the questions and answers and like reading others opinions and answers. In addition to learning, it's a community where you can share your knowledge, information and opinion about real estate related issue and topics. However, as you mention, once in a while some people's comments get heated and they start to vent in the community. Although we're all for transparency, if you have an issue with something someone has said, just click on their profile image which will take you to their profile and click on the contact me button. This will send an email directly to that agent. This can give a an opportunity to have a direct conversation with that person either via email or phone. I have found this to be a good solution.
